    No Reaction :) Unitee - Low Histamine Probiotic

    I have only been taking this for about a week now and am not up to a full dose (2 tablets), but it seems to be working! I have a reaction to almost all probiotics, even histamine-degrading ones. I tried half a capsule on day 1. And I didn't feel a thing expect a wonderfully healthy bowel movement. (TMI?). After two days of 1/2 capsule, I moved to 1 capsule. Still no negative reaction. I can't tell at this point if it is helping my histamine intolerance, but it clearly is giving me good gut health without a negative reaction (bloating, itching, racing heart, etc.), so I consider it a win! Will slowly work up to two capsules in the next week or two to see what happens.

    Good low histamine probiotic

    This product has helped me manage my SIBO/IBS and is one of the few probiotics that does not trigger my histamine symptoms. The only downside is it's a little expensive, but it's a good product and worth it for me.
